What we are looking for:
We have an exciting opportunity available in ONESG Operations Division. This role will be based in Singapore will report to the SAPMENA Head of Indirect Sourcing.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for OneSG transversal purchasing activities across: SAPMENA Zone, MY/SG Cluster SG Satellite team, LID, Travel Retail. Key spend categories include travel, consulting, event management, facility management, temporary labor.
•Act as single point of contact for all procurement related questions
•Optimize and simplify the procurement processes within OneSG organization including processes such as vendor management, tender management, contracting, PO creation etc.
•Assure vendor and procurement process compliance to L’Oréal norms and standards
•Drive cost efficiency by identifying the opportunities for the spend consolidation and managing category RFPs as well as operational purchasing in close cooperation with budget owners
•Steer vendor number rationalization and clear category preferred supplier lists
•Manage relationships with key entity suppliers and focus on the continues improvement
•Drive L’Oréal For The Future, company sustainability program, and be a frontrunner with our partners on projects contributing to social inclusion, cautious use of resources and biodiversity
•Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across the organization
•Drive the knowledge and understanding of the procurement processes and tools though out the organization
•Secure procurement data quality and accuracy by maintaining the procurement related systems.
Key Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree, Procurement, Supply Chain or Finance major is a plus
•Minimum 5 years working experience incl. 3 years in Indirect procurement,
particularly Corporate / Business Services categories (FM, Travel, Eventing, HR, etc.)
•High level of economical sensitivity and value-in expectations for the company
•Strong skills in negotiation and contract management
•Ability to propose value-add creative solutions as well as managing any risks
•Collaborative spirit is a must have
•Strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset
•Endless curiosity and ability to work in an ever changing & demanding environment
