We have a suitable opportunity in the Loreal Dermatological Beauty division for the position of Senior Manager - Sales Planning (All Channels). In this Individual Contributor role, you will be responsible to drive the Sales Planning, Route to market, Analytics & Insighting process for all channels for the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty division. You should have minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Sales Planning/ Route to market/ Frontline sales. The location of the job will be Mumbai – HO.

Job Description: 

Business Planning & development: 

  • Channel wise business planning – channel level and customer level plans and numbers - In coordination with the business analysts, trade marketing manager and the key accounts manager
  • Co-develop the new GTM model with Commercial director for expansion into new cities and channels for MT, GT and Dispensing channels
  • Develop the distributor ROI framework, and the distributor JBP/ Scorecard template ; for the GT and the dispensing channel
  • Develop and oversee Distributor & customer sales fundamental guidelines – Inventory, Claims, Manpower, Subsidies 
  • Own the BDE, Medrep, BDM Incentive structure – Competitive benchmarking, monthly analysis and insighting
  • Improvements and innovation on the right MIS tools, reports & dashboards to assist effective & efficient decision making by leadership

Key Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand, organize and analyze large data sets
  • Good understanding of the Indian FMCG and Pharma distribution network, channel partners and sales fundamentals
  • Understanding of distributor and modern trade customer P&Ls/ financials
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of systems and processes with a continuous improvement mindset
