We offer a Graduate Program with 2-3 rotational 6-month assignments across our expertise areas: Marketing, Digital and Sales. During your missions, you will:


- Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to advise managers.
- Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue
- Recommend on category, based on expertise applied to consumers, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
- Develop knowledge of  L’Oreal organization, get to know the culture, develop your expertise in marketing, project management, operational excellence with the manager and team support.


- Roll out the Brand‘s digital activity and ensure its consistency with the brand sense of purpose.
- Develop and manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Ensure cross-media efficiency, close tracking of results, and issue recommendations based on that.
- Identify online and off line drivers and articulate the digital strategy with the brand positioning.


- Motivate, manage and develop customers within a given geographic area for a specific brand portfolio.
- Control the sell-in and sell-out of customers under his/her responsibility and establish an action plan with the manager.

- Conduct competitive intelligence on the points of sale.
- Identify opportunities and win new customers in accordance with the objectives set by the brand.
