Key Job Accountabilities
  • Lead the business strategy of General Trade based on brand strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong and beneficial relationships with distributors relationships for General Trade within the country
  • Define priorities by customers/distribution channels
  • Be responsible for the P&L per customer for his/her business area
  • Negotiate agreements and guarantee the interests of his/her brand(s) in group negotiations
  • Develop trusting relationships with key customers
  • Lead performance, and set and achieve objectives
  • Work closely with marketing division to define marketing resources, manage and arbitrate budgets and allocate resources
  • Motivate and inspire the sales teams; ensure the development of their expertise and know-how
  • Maximize business opportunities and identify areas for growth 
  • Monitor and analyze sales performances 
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales / GT / Key Account Management within FMCG industries
  • Strong commercial acumen; excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Sensitive to numbers, analytical and results driven
  • Motivated and agile; have a flexible mindset 
  • A people manager who can lead and motivate a team
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
