Implement and monitor consumer quantitative studies to address the research objective from Lab on product evaluation and acquire consumer insights.
Propose quantitative consumer tests protocols and methods to Lab with optimized cost and leading time
Supervise the operational implementation of tests and ensure compliance with L’Oréal standard with high quality
Analyze & summarize the test results. Deliver & communicate the topline and final report to all stakeholder with clear conclusion & consumers insights.
Promote the development and deployment of new methods of consumer evaluation through the support of internal team or external agency.
Develop and train new agency to ensure it complies with L’Oréal standard and bring best practice of test.
Ensure the traceability and application of relevant data and update databases and reference systems
Around 5 years quantitative consumer research experience including study design and analysis
Strong analytic abilities in quantitative research.
Able to develop new technologies of consumer research and new agency training
Familiar with digital research methods and leverage digital approaches on product evaluation and connect with consumers in real life.
Collaborates effectively in a team setting. Works toward team goals and participates in team decisions. Cooperates with others and offers help when needed.
