Who We Are:

Our team designs and creates Beauty Technology products leading the forefront of beauty industry. We identify, develop and launch innovations in areas of digital technology, personalization, connected devices and artificial intelligence.We have launched and developed products such as La Roche Posay’s wearable My UV Patch, SkinCeuticals Custom DOSE customized skincare serum, Lancôme’s personalized foundation Le Teint Particulier, L’Oreal Paris’ augmented reality app Makeup Genius, and a personalized hair color startup called Color&Co.

The team includes hardware engineers, user experience designers, data scientists, biochemists, brand marketers and project managers. We are looking for candidates, who thrive in a start-up environment; who are looking to grow in a large organization; and who want to be a part of the technical transformation of the Beauty Industry. 

What We'll do Together:

As an Engineer & Program Manager you will be responsible for an entire life cycle of bringing an aspect of an innovative product from ideation to launch. Eventually, this will lead into further opportunities such as running a project on your own.

This includes:

  • Managing hardware, product development, software development, cloud integration and guiding cross-functional teams including engineering teams, scientists, brands, etc.
  • Working directly with internal and external engineering, coding and design firms
  • Organizing day-to-day activities of tracking resources, budget and timelines
  • Leading cross-functional project meetings, presenting project status to other teams, executive staff and managing project builds globally
  • Honing problem-solving skills to lead the team to efficient and effective solutions

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor or Master's in Engineering or Life Sciences
  • 1-4 years’ of work experience in product development (consumer, medical, industrial product preferred)
  • Strong technical background with demonstrated experience in a technical field
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering a project in line with consumer and business objectives
  • Ability to come up with risk mitigation plans, create build plans (including configurations),
  • Proactive and highly self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail and have critical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to estimate the amount of work and hours required to support project managers with scheduling/resourcing related to mechanical engineering
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership skills and communication skills
