This is a thrilling role within the supply chain team of the Luxe division working with a variety of stake holders including marketing, merchandising, sales and demand planning. The Senior Launch Planner supports launch readiness and launch execution to achieve consistent world class product launches. The role will include the engagement of key functions to enforce accountability for deadlines across the business. The candidate will proactively seek process improvement and best practice at all times, reducing the critical path and gaining efficiency in business processes.

 Operating in a fast paced and consumer driven environment, the role of Senior Launch Planner will involve:

  • Establishing the key milestones leading to a successful launch execution
  • Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with cross-functional team members and key stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are executed on time and successfully
  • Organizing and chairing gate meetings to highlight risks and identify resolutions to progress the project through predetermined gates, planning all activities with the business
  • Understanding internal and external constraints and how these impact the plan
  • Facilitating “Lessons Leant” sessions with business and integrating “Lessons Leant” from previous activities into plans for next activities
  • Owning the process- guarantor of its quality. Therefore making sure process is known and understood, appropriate documentation is used with quality
  • Directly in charge of the supply chain related activities to ensure shipments to customer
  • In charge of Point of Sale stock management at DC to eliminate waste


  • The successful Candidate must have:
  • Supply Chain Management, 3 years + experience
  • Ability to influence others
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good communicator.
  • Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain
  • Self-starting individual and proven ability to work autonomously
  • Able to look beyond existing constraints
  • Resilient
  • Good Organising skills
  • Good attention to detail
