What You Will Do: 

L’Oréal USA is looking for a Senior Manager, DDX Strategy and Analytics, reporting into the Vice President of Data Driven Experiences. This strategic role in the group is responsible for helping develop and bring to life the DDX strategy and vision, as well as help lead strategy analytics initiatives like Customer Journey Analysis and Modeling. The Senior Manager, DDX Strategy and Analytics will be a key partner across the organization, regularly interacting with cross functional teams in IT, Divisions, Brands, and CMI. The role will work within a team that is focused on building out the largest beauty dataset and using across all consumer touchpoints to provide superior consumer experiences and help L’Oréal meet its business goals. Key Functions of this Job:

  • Work closely with the VP of DDX to define and implement a new Data Driven Experiences strategy and vision
  • Influence key business and technical stakeholders to drive the strategy and key projects forward
  • Align with key business leads on tracking and reporting on both DDX KPIs, as well as channel-based performance
  • Develop a strategy and capability on analyzing L’Oréal’s customer journeys and provide insights back to channel owners and business stakeholders
  • Work with channel leads on modeling opportunities to target prospects and consumers across all digital touchpoints
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and agency teams to deliver on strategic objectives          

 What We Are Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6-8 years of experience
  • Primary experience in audience development, data driven marketing, digital marketing, data operations
  • Expert knowledge and skill with data, data management, data activation and consumer insights
  • A thorough understanding of 1P, 2P, 3P data landscape and how it can drive marketing strategy
  • Knowledge of identity resolution, clean-room and mar-tech industry (i.e. LiveRamp, Neustar, Epsilon, GMP, AMC, CDPs, DMPs, DSPs, Data Onboarding, etc.)
  • Works well with agencies and IT teams to design and implement our data ecosystem
  • Ability to lead presentations and effectively analyze and translate data into actionable business plans
  • Highly collaborative across different stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Organized, structured, analytical and logical; strong problem-solving skill
What You'll Need:
  • Experience working in a large, highly matrixed, enterprise with competing priorities across reams
  • Experience in consumer goods or beauty
  • Product Management experience (Agile, DevOps, etc)
