Digital Platforms and Tools: Responsible for the Brand website including functional content creation, calendar activation, technical requirements. Own roadmap for service strategy and responsible for add on services and tools.


Key responsibilities are:

  • Define role of website & manage its implementation
  • Manage the master website. Own the roadmap for web development: including content planning, posting, backend maintenance, etc
  • Ensure user experience of the master website including design & aesthetics, functional content, and navigation
  • Create website communication: banners, newsletter & specific service campaign support
  • Brief and manage digital agencies to enhance website experience
  • Manage legal validation on data collection (GDPR)
  • Manage web marketing strategies and tools
  • Define SEM (SEO & SEA) to optimise website visibility
  • Project manage the ‘website factory’ implementation
    • Manage key agencies and work with wider business stakeholders to ensure timelines are met
    • Respond to questions and queries
  • Ongoing website management:
    • Manage web marketing strategies and tools
  • Define SEM (SEO & SEA) to optimise website visibility
  • Manage analytics, share analysis and drive action and continuous improvement plans
  • Actively participate and ensure expertise sharing; innovation & upskilling


Job Requirements:

  • 7+ years of related business experience
  • Experience in Digital platforms
  • In depth knowledge of:
    • Website management & maintenance
    • Consumer user experience optimization on these platforms
    • Digital service innovations
  • Consumer package goods or beauty industry experience is preferred
  • PC Proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
  • Information & Data management
  • Collaborative leadership skills
  • Project Management Skills
  • Quantitative data analysis skills
  • Prioritization & Organization Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills (written and oral)
  • Demonstrated L’Oréal Competencies: Leadership, Entrepreneurial Management, Achiever, and Innovator
