A Day in the Life
As Senior Manager, Global Marketing for Redken, you will report to the AVP Pod Lead and play a pivotal role in driving the brand's global growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for new product launches and the ongoing animation of existing product lines, ensuring alignment with Redken's brand vision and L'Oréal Professional Products' commitment to sustainable innovation and customer-centricity. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including R&I, CMI, and other key stakeholders.
We Are Looking For
We seek a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional with a passion for the professional beauty industry and a proven track record of success in launching and animating beauty products. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the professional beauty industry, including hair color, hair care, and hair styling products. Proven ability to identify and leverage key market trends and consumer insights.
Marketing Expertise: 5-8 years of relevant marketing experience in the beauty industry, with a strong track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Project Management: Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial principles and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications: College degree (BFA, BA, or AAS) in visual arts or other creative fields preferred. High school diploma required. 5-8 years of related marketing experience, preferably in the beauty industry; experience in hair color, hair care, and/or hair styling marketing preferred; strong project management, communication, and analytical skills; computer literacy (Windows, MS Office Suite); ability to travel domestically or internationally (up to 25%).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience creating a consistent brand presence across multiple channels; strong visual sense and attention to detail; financial acumen.
