A Day in the Life

IT Cosmetics Consumer Engagement team is looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, strategic and proactive social & content senior manager, who’s experienced in producing organic branded content. From conception to completion, you will manage the process of bringing content to life, from social-first photography to videos. You will have a flair for decoding social results through regular reporting and competitor audits and assisting with social media strategies. This role has a dotted line to Marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree  
  • 5-7 years professional experience in social media & content strategy & production   
  • In-depth knowledge/experience with all major social media platforms  
  • In-depth knowledge/experience with analyzing social platform data and insights  
  • Strong project management skills  
  • Experience in photography, graphic design and image editing from a social-first perspective  
  • Experience building social strategies and developing social reporting and audits
  • Expertise in PhotoShop, InDesign and Powerpoint  
  • Expertise using Dash Hudson, RivalIQ, Sprinklr, Traackr, Netbase and other social tools
  • High level of organization, attention to detail and positive attitude  
  • Beauty experience is a plus  
  • Strong writing skills  
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team  
  • Ability to take direction and understand IT Cosmetics’ unique mission and social identity, but layer your own creativity and fresh content ideas 

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic and creative content concepts for all social media channels – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok    
  • Contribute out-of-the-box, forward-thinking, social-first ideas that help amplify IT Skincare among target audiences, across all social media channels  
  • Key partner and contributor to the marketing team in building 360 campaigns; bridges communication and brand plans between marketing and consumer engagement  
  • Work closely with platform representatives and internal Content Center of Excellence to ensure our content approach is consistently strategic, based on best practices, and optimized for our audience   
  • Regularly analyze platform data and report on insights, communicating ways to optimize content performance and evolve strategies as needed    
  • Key partner to Media team to ensure content is optimized for paid and aligned with paid timelines 
  • Own the overall digital content production schedule and process: scheduling kickoffs and leading internal/external meetings to ensure projects are on track through completion / release  
  • Responsible for securing locations, booking crew, ordering product, casting models, managing call sheets, overall shoot schedules, logistical needs, final file delivery, and assisting in developing shot lists  
  • Responsible for creating estimates, managing talent agreements, negotiating contracts, music licensing, location agreements, and art buying needs   
  • Create detailed briefs and production guidelines for talent  
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Creative Operations teams to identify content needs/shot list during pre-production   
  • Align with internal Global Team on upcoming delivery of assets   
  • Manage and organize database of all US visual assets   

 

What We Offer

Salary Range: $119,900– $170,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level Competitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Pension Plan)
