- Drive / Execute RGM deployment and embedment in the CPD division

- Ensure (i) detailed RGM analyses are conducted in partnership with multifunctional team (marketing, commercial, BD, finance, CMI with specific owners), combining internal and external, financial and non-financial data to identify, confirm and quantify RGM initiatives, and (ii) guardrails are set on:

  (i) Brand pricing and pack price architecture

  (ii) Category, product, channel and customer mix management

  (iii) Promotional schemes and ROI per brand, account, pack type

  (iv) Retail selling story and trading terms management

- Drive implementation of key RGM initiatives to realize incremental turnover and gross profit

- Set and continuously track RGM objectives

  (i) Coordinate, manage and track RGM performance

  (ii) Escalate if off-track

- Develop and maintain strong understanding of the market, category, competition and retailers' dynamics, value drivers and consumer and shopper insights

- Build capabilities / Upscale team on RGM priorities to grow business

  (i) Train teams to understand overall RGM mind-set and methodology

  (ii) Effectively translate and communicate RGM insights and initiatives to the organization, counterparts and senior management

- Participate in global RGM community
