The Senior Manager – eCommerce will be responsible for defining and rolling out the eCommerce D2C and CRM strategy. To be successful, this role requires daily interaction with US Digital, US and Global Marketing, Social Media, Education, and Creative. This position requires a high level of interpersonal skills and diplomacy and requires demonstrated ability to justify online priorities to internal and external partners.


  • Responsible for master flagship website management, including new features and enhancements, collecting input from Zones and analyzing consumer needs  to define new projects
  • Communicate timelines, priorities and deliver localization packets
  • Ongoing site maintenance include site performance and optimizations. Perform audit on performance master (SEO, load time, tagging, etc.)
    • Find technical opportunities for performance optimizations to improved load time and increase page authority
    • Enhance and implement an optimize tagging map
  • Oversee DMI content delivery (landing page, slider and email)
    • Create and Manage 2019 animations
    • Manage zone requests on various content
    • Review and approve all creatives
    • Manage all digital innovations as a part of each month’s delivery plan
  • Responsible for eCommerce reporting, including finalizing DOMO reporting and consolidating and sharing monthly performance (traffic, ecomm, database and performance)
  • Partner with the US team to co-construct the loyalty program
  • Manage Emailing/CRM, including enhancing and producing set of trigger emails, analyzing and readjusting content via USA results, and following analytics and performance
  • Database Management: Create and deploy tools and enhance & refine segmentation
  • Collect and share best practices worldwide



  • 7 years’ progressive experience in D2C eCommerce  
  • Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce and/or Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of current eCommerce trends, strategies, and technique
  • Highly knowledgeable and passionate about the beauty world and beauty trends
  • Excellent qualitative and quantitative skills
  • Great communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Strong team management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with others
  • Previous experience in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with ability to learn and navigate internal systems
