Senior National Account Manager, CPD

What are key highlights of this role?

L’Oréal UKI is seeking dynamic, results driven senior NAM to help us build our new Fashion PurePlayer business. The role reports into the Pureplayers CBM and the role will manage 2 or 3 of our biggest fashion Pureplayers across CPD brands including NYX PMU.

Accelerate sales:

     Accelerate sales in line with ambitious targets for this channel

  • Ensure sales are margin enhancing for overall CPD
  • Develop new business introducing new brands and developing new customers in this space
  • Execute in line with market utilizing all best practice content and developing bespoke assets/comms plans across all social channels as appropriate
  • Develop differentiation plans with all customers to appeal to their shoppers and maximize sales and L’Oreal feature
  • Deliver industry ‘firsts’ by developing new CRM / Collaborations / fashion link ups

Build deep customer relationships:

    Build a strong relationship with all relevant stakeholders of the customer, including all buying, merch, supply         chain, studio and social teams

    Build network internally to across brand and finance, supply chain

  • Exceptional communication skills – able to build networks fast and strongly inspire and influence internally and externally
  • Proven experience of managing and developing customer relationships
  • Proven sales skills – setting a vision and building towards it
  • Experience of ecomm/pureplayers
  • Experience of beauty / cosmetics category
