Senior National Accounts Manager, Professional Products Division

Based in Dublin City Centre                       Full Time Permanent Role

Purpose of the role

The Senior National Account Manager will be part of a highly motivated team who are dedicated to servicing a number of Accounts, ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered consistently. As Senior National Account Manager you will be responsible for growing L’Oréal’s business within your accounts using a collaborative approach and striving towards mutually beneficial outcomes. You will be driven by the challenge of growth and exceeding targets through volume. The role reports into the Commercial Director.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong commercial relationships with the accounts managed in order to grow both their and L’Oréal’s business.  Maximising profitability of the accounts managed and achieving or exceeding set targets on volume and value in line with divisional strategy is a must.

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Managing a strong relationship with key accounts whilst representing L’Oréal’s interests.  Overseeing the supply chain aspects of your accounts through accurate forecasting and delivery analysis.
  • Ensure an excellent service level is acheived for all accounts on a consistent basis. Develop a strong network amongst a range of departments within your accounts business.
  • Manage promotional planning along with the marketing team, leveraging opportunities for future growth/maximising product launches and promotional mechanics wherever possible
  • Employ innovative sales and marketing solutions to deliver value and exceed volume targets. Devlop Commercially savvy  solutions to any issues which arise
  • Work with marketing to deliver brand ambitions and vision within the accounts in a way that compliments customer strategy
  • Work with category management to provide support and advise on ranging decisions and the strategic direction of your account

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Build the distribution of products and push for space, location & identify opportunities to create instore theatre
  • Budget support - meeting profit, co-op/budget discount budgets/returns
  • Account administration and co-ordination including full financial responsibility for your accounts
  • Preparing and delivering strong presentations/pitches to accounts, co-piloted with Marketing, to launch & push new innovation
