Definition of Role:

•Key internally facing figure in supporting the account lead on development and execution of key shopper platforms and go to market execution

•Key owner of display execution and DPM input

•Support source for field sales team on display execution

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive all operational, account specific point-of-sale execution and shopper programs

- Display Execution (DPM, ESKO,Sharepoint) management and reconciliation

- DPM Account Specific Entry & maintence

- Account Specific creative display briefings

- SharePoint/project management

- Manage execution of creative

- Manage execution of POS artwork

- Account Specific Coupon Generation

- Account specific promotional and exclusive packaging management

- Display/Shopper funds/PFP and BVP budget management

 

•Be the internal support role, freeing up SM Account Lead to focus externally

•Support Shopper Marketing Account Lead with account brand planning and execution of 360 initiatives

-•Necessary internal meeting participation

- Display Alignment Meeting –CDRM

- Promo meetings

- Go to Market/CLT meetings

- Creative Brief Meetings

- Account Meeting Prep and Logistics

- Launch call follow up

 

Recommended Skillset

•Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related business field

•Minimum of 3+ years of experience, preferably in CPG industry and shopper marketing, customer marketing, brand marketing, or sales functions

-Potential rotation for internal marketer looking to transition into sales

•Strong working knowledge of retail environment intricacies are critical (mass retailers preferred)

•Experience in developing and executing Shopper Marketing programming, including point of sale execution, store displays, coupons, etc

•Demonstrated project management skills and track record of hitting deliverables

•Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Performance Indicators:

•On-time completion of POS materials

•Timeline management
