As a Claim Products Assessor, you will be supporting claims product life cycle from R&I development to product shelves life (launch and post –market) on regulatory, ethical, scientific and creative aspects. Key partners for all actors of product development (from Laboratories to International Marketing) and countries, your role is to provide:

  • Regulatory, ethical & scientific risk assessment from a concept, print, Tv to a digital advertisement
  • Anticipation and strong link with marketing and business in order to provide sincere & strong claims
  • Strong interactions with the Zone teams and the Scientific Directions to support the local launches
  • Post- market support to answer questions coming from local authorities and countries
  • Help in defending the dossiers and in challenging the competitors in interaction with the legal claims department

The Role:

  • Act as the leader ensuring the internal partners (Laboratories, Scientific direction teams, Marketing, advanced research …) provide claims expertise in compliance with legislation & L’Oréal rules

  • Ensure that specific internal rules/external regulations are implemented across the products range to ensure consistency

  • Work collaboratively with dedicated Lab and Marketing teams to define and implement the best approach to ensure L’Oréal products competitiveness

  • Good judgement and problem solving ability & capable of understanding the impact of decision making
  • Good project management skills
The Candidate:
  • BSc/MSc degree (engineer, pharmacist…), digital/marketing degree with science option
  • English is key and mandatory
  • Any other language is a plus
  • Experience in claims or communication or digital or regulatory (with science background)
