Job Description:

Independently assess product/technology performance in different phases of product innovation and development stage, by propose appropriate test design to fit project objective. 

Ensure consumer understanding/insights are well captured and translated into superior product design.

Develop and streamline consumer research protocols, methods and expertise to meet fast & agile product innovation needs.

Build up new capability (eg. workshop, panel, community etc.) to fit the rising needs from work partners, in line with business strategy. 

Proactively collaborate & communicate with cross functional teams and cross hubs to drive product innovation & development by product performance evaluation.

Manage market research agency to make sure projects are operated successfully with regard to quality, lead times and budgets.

  • Experiences:

    1. 3 years + consumer research working experience, either in agency or in-house

    2. Ideally with experience both in qualitative and quantitative, if not, qualitative background is preferred.
