Purpose of role:

Assist the Head of Event Planning to generate, maintain and communicate all Company Market Event plans to key stakeholders across the business.  To oversee the end to end production of all Zone specific Event assets,  working with the Print and VM teams to maximise Event Execution within time and within budget.

Key Job Accountabilities:


  • To coordinate, maintain and circulate the EMEA Zone Company Plans to all stakeholders across International, Zone and Markets

  • To generate and manage CPA for Zone Event Planning

  • To work with the Head of Event Planning, Print Team Leader, International and Print Provider to oversee the CPA for Print Production

  • To coordinate Zone Event Briefs (Green Light), ensuring store format, store segmentation and all assets requirements are captured

  • To work with the printer to generate the Zone Working Document which denotes the zone asset line-up by Event to include commercial and activation assets & accurate coding of assets

  • Tp sign off all Zone related artwork on CMD system for Print Provider

  • To work with the Head of Events and Visual merchandising to deliver assets for mock shop set up through to all asset sign off

  • To work with Zone Print Production to ensure delivery of all assets on time and within budget

  • To drive the Zone Event Planning meeting and participate in Production meetings

  • To support the Print Provider, Print & VM Teams to maintain and regularly update the Core Signage Working Document for the Zone after each Event, along with the Master Print Specification Document

  • To develop market specific assets as and when required with External Agency

  • To support HF Team by sharing all Company Market assets to maximise resource, avoid duplication and drive overall Zone objectives
  • To work with all Zone and market teams to ensure consistency and synergy in Event execution
  • To consolidate and share best practice within and between the Zones/Markets
  • To manage budget for External agency work

Personal Experience required for role:

  • Experience in a similar Events position within a large complex multi-site retailer/FMCG (beauty/toiletries industry strongly preferred).

  • Sound knowledge and experience in NPD and launch to markets

  • Proven experience of customer communication ( creative and / or copy ) development

  • Experience of collating and analysing information across various forms of data

  • Solid history of working in a highly commercial environment

  • Complex project management experience

  • International experience and/or exposure to a varied and demanding client base

  • Foreign languages and experience working internationally or with international teams are an advantage
