Purpose of role:

Support the E-Commerce Operations for the UK website step-changing conversion performance

Key Job Accountabilities:
• Providing assistance to the Management of the UK E-commerce website and all daily operations to ensure smooth, timely delivery of the event plan
• Supporting creation of all online content in conjunction with key event and trading plans
• Setting up site promotions and enriching the local catalogue
• Designing and building seo-optimised landing pages across site in conjunction with wider zone team and International goals
• Constantly looking for ways to improve the customer journey and the conversion rate of the website.
• Executing the multi-variate testing plan to drive site conversion and user experience
• Monitoring key KPI’s and reporting on them on a regular basis.

Personal Requirements for the role:
• Proven experience of working within a similar role in an E-commerce environment
• A proven track record of creating and implementing highly successful web content
• Excellent technical skills, including HTML, Basic Javascript
• Comfortable managing multiple partners and working with a variety of personalities
• Strong MS Excel skills and capable of reporting and forecasting
• The candidate has to have a strong commercial awareness and be very results driven
• Ability to be hands on and enthusiastic about all projects
• Degree in Marketing or Technical discipline preferred
