As an Assistant Pharmacy Sales Manager, you will help Pharmacy Sales Manager in manage, motivate and support pharmacy sales team in order to achieve goal and target effectively.

Key Accountability:
  • To forecast and control sales planning to ensure target result
  • To lead and coach pharmacy sales representatives' performance to deliver satisfactory result 
  • To manage customer satisfaction by building, strengthening and maintaining good relationship with all accounts
  • To analyse data in order to build the right and strong strategy to reach an impact
  • Male, aged 32 - 40 years Old with strong negotiation and communication skill
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related field
  • Experience in OTC and GT Sales Channels for at least 5 years is required
  • Strong leadership skill, strategic thinking and result-oriented with proven track record
  • Positive attitude, good team building record and team management
  • Able to work under high pressure with complexity
  • Able to work with mobility (travelling nationwide)
