Key Job Accountabilities
  • Develop course curriculum by translating the modules from L'Oreal Sales Academy (LSA) to adapt contents into Thai professional hair market in order to organize and uplift sales rep's capability (Selling steps/ Conquest new salons/ How to maximize colour, etc)
  • Initiate and follow up sales capability dashboard and monitor on how to improve the efficiency (eg. route optimization, calls per day, reactivation, key pillars)
  • Develop course curriculum from L'Oreal Business School (LBS) to adapt contents and educate to the salon owners and hairdressers (eg. salon business management, P&L analysis, etc)
  • Initiate partnership with top university to create co-certification between LBS and university and develop loyalty for salon owners and hairdressers
  • Implement and roll out "Salon Emotions" concept into top salons in hair professional market
  • Collaborate with Digital team to develop the digital knowledge upskilling both salon sales reps and cash & carry team
  • Plan and implement Sales Force Automation (SFA) named Argo project tentative n 2021 to modernize sales tools
  • Strong commercial background and more than 10 years in sales, key account management
  • Sales capability/ sales training background
  • Able to collaborate with cross functions
  • Have high caliber and can-do attitude
