Job Description
  • Manage end-to-end processes of all paid, owned, earned media and search (SEO/SEM) channels in order to build brand awareness and generate sales in social commerce and online official stores.

  • Acquire and retain target groups including salons/hairdressers and end-consumers by utilizing effective digital marketing strategy .

  • Be the champion of building  systematic KPIs to monitor, analyze  and optimize media  performance and ensure to target achievement  underlying cost efficiency.

  • Explore, plan and execute new potential media channels and contents underlying O2O strategy.

  • Set up and implement CRM database management by bringing in new tools aligned with PDPA policy.

  • Lead and gain online PR and influencers projects as key contributors to offline and online business.

  • Upskill digital academy, onboard and drive salons/hairdressers to social commerce (SOCOM) business model. Collaborate with marketing, sales and educator teams to deliver successful salonsparticipation, sales uplift and operation as key parameters.

  • Bachelors/ Master Degrees in BBA / Marketing/ Digital Marketing or related field.
  • Work experience 3-5 years in digital marketing or related role .
  • Functional/ Professional/ Technical Competencies (state specific knowledge, skill and experience critical for the job).
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads , CPAS ,  Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Affiliate.
  • Experience in working with e-commerce particularly online platform namely Lazada and Shopee.
  • Strong analytical skill to clearly communicate performance and able to initiate new media opportunity.
  • Experience in FMCG industry or Ecommerce Platform would be advantage.
