Main Duties and Functions:

  • Set the direction and monitor the journey = Build and implement the e-commerce and  m-commerce strategy
  • Deliver the strategy and the roadmap
  • Set the ambition, size of the prize, forecasts, KPIs
  • Monitor e-commerce trends and technology, interesting initiatives and competitors ‘best practices
  • Recommend and implement activity to drive digital performance, customer experience and profitability of the channel
  • Consolidate results and KPIs
  • Provide with guidelines and tools to build relevant trade terms, action plans and the best shopper experience.
  • Implement the right dashboards and analytic to track and monitor the plans
  • Build the right ecosystem (internal + external) = retailers, agencies, analytic providers
  • Drive action plans and online JBPs with Country Business Units and online retailers
  • Oversee the local plans, contribute to local plans building
  • Initiate and/or participate to key local meetings and workshops with online retailers
  • Strengthen partnership = build customer intimacy via a strong network of regional and local key influencers + implement e-JBPs process
  • Implement best in class plans and sustainable user experience (not only transnational but engaging with consumers)
