Job Responsibilities:
  • To embody brand identity by mastering brand identity and knowing sense of purpose, mastering fundamental knowledge: products, gestures as well as sales and services
  • To drive business through service and retail education; elaborate services and retail education plans aligned with business priorities
  • To cooperate with 360 internal and external stakeholders guarantying a consistent customer experience
  • To design appropriate learning solutions for customer experience
  • To deliver and transmit education contents as well as provide personalized follow-up and coaching
  • To elevate service standards and POS execution according to brand specificity; drive and sustain quality through MYSTERY SHOPPING SCORE
  • Male or Female with strong communication skill in Thai and English
  • Training experience in corporate environment with skincare product is preferable
  • Good presentation skill
  • Energetic, convincing and highly motivating
  • Able to work independently
  • Understand retail business, luxury product nature and customer service in details
