Job Description
Create the routine report with useful insights to our top managements and colleagues, with accuracy and on time
Efficient budget management and effective negotiation with partner/ vendor (Nielsen, Kantar, Wavemaker, etc.)
Manage Ad Hoc request and propose value added analysis to both Marketing and Commercial team
Conduct Market Estimation analysis (Total Thailand, Mass, Direct Sale, Masstige/ Boutique, LUXE, Active Cosmetic, Professionals)
Integrated data from various source to understand Market and Distribution strategy in order to propose the strategy to the team
Create easy to read all communication and analysis
Monitor & evaluate SOV, media spending, Digital search on key competitors and market

Qualifications
Bachelor/ Master degree in Business Administration (Marketing)
5-7 years of experience in FMCG, Research, Strategic planning and Marketing
Care for detail but be able to commit with deadlines (Project management skill but be able to work under pressure)
Excellent-Advance in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Nielsen Answer program and Analytical skill 
- Good problem solving and Communication skill. High energy with the positive “can do” attitude (optimistic)
Other RA (research agencies):  Open to explore new way to improve the current work with new solutions
Good written and verbal communication skills in English as well as presentation skills
Understand priority and manage time effectively
