Position Description Summary :-

  1. Responsible for brand sales targets (sell in & sell out), Trade promotion and Store Like 4 Like growth
  2. Manage Store P&L and BA budget, as well as maximizing profitability
  3. Recruiting, training, appraising and supervising 3 teams under: Sales Supervisors, Education manager and Visual Merchandising.
  4. Supervising stock control, sales accuracy, logistics, customer service and make sure that each store have enough and right stock for sales.
  5. Make sure that the business is in compliance with safety and health regulations.


Major Responsibilities :-

  1. Daily supervising and overseeing for a smooth operation of each retails store.
  2. Target setting by counter by BA; incentive commission calculation planning; keeping within budget.
  3. Supervising and coaching Sales supervisor; Alignment of education program & motivation for BA Mystery shopping twice a year.
  4. To be the middle person between the retails store and back office and make sure that both parties received the right communication.
  5. Be aware of what competitor is doing, update and always look for the ways to improve sales as well as efficiency.
  6. Understand and make sure that each retail store operated under Thai retail laws, security, health and safety.
  7. Store promotions; communicating to BAs; podiums workshop creation to drive sales.
  8. Sales driven by CRM- Recruiting, retention, and repeat purchase by store by BA



Qualifications :-

  1. Bachelor Degree/ above in any fields.
  2. Experiences with retail business and can be able to supervise BA staffs of at least 30 persons.
  3. Computer literacy and ability to analyze the data.
