Responsibilities:

  • To develop Brand strategy & positioning into LAOS & CBD market (ATL & BLT)
  • To understand consumer insight and trend – quantify to be Market opportunity size
  • To cooperate with Distributor Team & across of External party (Local agency – Customers relation)
  • To transform L’Oreal direction plan to be excellence execution

Qualifications:

  • To understanding more Khmer & LAOS local language (Task require the level of understanding, reading and speaking Khmer language for Digital + labeling local transaction) 
  • Channel marketing background from FMCG (experience >3Y)
  • Able to travel around 15 days per month (Laos and Cambodia)
  • Strategic planning
  • Good attitude & people management skill
