What we expect;
4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English,
3-4 years of experience in digital project management experience (e-commerce),
You have a key role to manage CMO driven content plans; be the single point of contact for Content House in L’Oreal for Love Brand & divisions and implement social strategy for Love Brand sites and Content Pro.
You need to prepare,track & report overall Content House budget for optimized per video budget, maximizing the use of service and monitor & approve level of additional costs for video shooting and 3rd party costs
You will develop a yearly social media Strategy for Saçsırları.com, Makyaj.com & Content Pro in IG & YT platforms and prepare & track monthly post plan agreed with brands. (each month reach target #of posts)
You will ensure that guide brands to develop creative, qualitative and appropriate content & features/ functionalities to support the brand’s or project’s ambition.
You will be a gatekeeper so that the established guidelines are followed both by L’Oreal and Content House, and future disputes are prevented and Assist “Always on” content creation for brands and manage internal stakeholders, create and publish beauty related content(photos, videos, and articles) for owned channels
