Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce field

You will mainly be responsible for enhancing shopper experience in our e-commerce activations. You will manage E-Retailer’s and pure players’ sales and digital content implementation with a goal of maximizing predefined KPIs, while tracking to budget and expected ROI targets.
Working closely with brand marketing teams, you will be expected to manage marketing and promo calendars, ensure site content and campaigns are always up to date and delivered on time.
You will be ensuring on-site promo activities and CRM campaigns run on time and are tested prior to launch and you will be the orchestra conductor to build 3rd party E-Commerce partnerships with L’Oréal brands, online retailers and internet companies.
You will lead all Consumer Products Division E-Commerce releases and new ecommerce projects, provide weekly reporting, analysis and insights on product performance for all sites, including e-commerce Performance Marketing and CRM activities.
You will also be expected to manage various E-Commerce/Omni-channel related projects by collaborating with agencies in order to increase end user engagement within E-Retailer and Pure Players websites. (Rate and Reviews, Click and Collect, Abandoned Cart e-mails etc.)
