As Medical Product Manager you will be reporting to Medical Manager and you will have the opportunity to learn more than you have in the past. What we expect;
4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English,
1-3 years of experience in product management/brand development,
Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills,
Growth mindset and results driven personality
You will be responsible for defining and implementing medical marketing strategies, enhancing relations with physicians (dermatologists and pediatricians) in order to be number one prescribed brand in the market.
Developing medical brand strategies and annual medical plans in line with brand’s objectives are part of your accountabilities. You will be expected to implement medical pillar launches, maintain growth in medical pillar products and animate medical catalogue. You will be working with both internal stakeholders (especially medical detailing team, marketing, supply chain, education, finance, sales, etc.) and external agencies to build broader medical business strategy.
You will manage the brand’s budget and collect and analyze physician and market insights as well as competition strategies to make relevant recommendations.
