What we expect;
4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English,
Minimum 6 years of experience in national key account management with 2 years as a KAM, 360° account management, team management and P&L account management,
You will create and implement an annual joint business plan taking into account all levers of growth: Commercial agreements, marketing actions, training, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability, trade terms etc.
You have a key role to manage the relationship with Trade Marketing and Marketing Teams, key accounts and you will develop and manage the team, ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organizational changes,
You need to have;
You need to have strong communication skills and negotiation skills because you will cooperate with highly passionate and innovative teams,
As a core member of the sales team you will have strong project management skills and ability to cope with a multitask environment with the desire to make a difference you will be able to develop the project as you wish
