What we expect;

 

4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English,

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources field,

As the member of Talent Acquisition Team, Senior TA Specialist will be mainly responsible for taking active role in recruitment and employer branding/campus management,

Recruitment:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for Junior and mid-level positions for all divisions,

Active management of MT recruitment process for 4 divisions; including tracking timings for recruitment, briefing meeting with Hiring Manager, selecting the right profiles: track target candidates, conduct SHL examination process, qualitative interviews, reference check, offer and follow-up with line managers and provide regular feedback to candidates over the whole process,

Continuously generate fresh graduate candidate pool during the year on campus activities and candidate search,

Take active role in developing new systems and following up global best practices,

Provide active support to Talent Acquisition Manager on search all open vacancies and other recruitment steps,

Campus Management:

Proactive support to the TAM on campus management with targeted universities,

Take an active role in activities take place in targeted universities each academic year,

Generate additional activities for non-targeted universities,

Develop strong relationship with campus student groups and an annual activity agenda,

Attract the best candidates: develop L’Oréal as a preferred employer in all markets.

Create strong partnerships with universities, set up engaging presentations and case studies, and make the most of business games and career fairs to create, maintain and develop attraction to L’Oréal

Digital HR Management:

Structure and establish annual digital strategy including FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and L’Oréal Web with TAM

Put in place spotless execution on digital channels

Work closely with digital team to learn and develop our executions

Conduct close follow up on digital progress in the market and competitor’s activity

Develop content and communication strategy for employer branding/online communication for internship management on L’Oreal’s web and social channels
