Therefore, we have redefined leadership; As Social and Community Specialist, you will have the opportunity to learn more than you have in the past under Luxe Division. What we expect;
4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English
1 to 3 years of experience in digital communication, social media and content marketing
For social media accounts and local content management process, you will be responsible for managing YouTube, Instagram and FB sites by planning account strategy quarterly. You will also manage local content creation like photo shooting, creation of the post, etc. through agency.
Influencer management part is also important. You will be planning influencer & e-PR strategy for each brand yearly, you will be creating projects for novelties and pillars for each brand and for each project in line with the e-PR strategy of the brand serving as a crucial element of the media mix.
You will closely work on Corporate Marketing Department and will be bridge between divisions for social transformation. Trend watching on social media is very critical by triggering the marketing teams toward the right direction. You will provide a holistic approach between social strategy of brands and offline PR.
Lastly, preparation of performance reporting of each project is another need for this role. You will be also responsible for budget tracking.
