Mission: Define Travel Retail APAC media strategy to develop the brand image, its visibility and reinforce regionally its reputation consistent with the business strategy, priorities. 

What you will do:

Define strategic directions on media investment for mid to long term

Collect, analyze consumer, market, competitor insight, share findings with Global HQ and internal organization to have common understanding and to align on strategy

Secure the best media opportunity and optimize the cost coordinate with media agencies based on assessment

Develop proposal for global media partners for central negotiation

Offer strategy brief to the local media partners for opportunity assessment, selection and lead the negotiation

Lead the budget planning and investment allocation between divisions to maximize the impact aligned with brands' key marketing activation

Coordinate media related contract, booking confirmation with legal department

Media related PO management with finance and accounting team

Track and share the report for the investment outcome and ROI regularly – Share of voice report

Work closely with across business units to drive a one-consumer view of paid media and create a more consumer-centric approach in media buy.

Build and maintain strategic relationship with key media partners – mainly in China

Who we are looking for: 

6 + years of related experience in media planning and buy

Excellent communication skills and influencing skills 

Comfortable in presenting findings and suggestions to Senior Management 

Ability to have a helicopter view as well as being a self-starter 

Some traveling required 20%

Extensive experience in China and work with key media publishers

Experience in travel industry is a strong plus
