Mission: Define Travel Retail APAC media (offline media) strategy to develop the brand image, its visibility and reinforce regionally its reputation consistent with the business strategy, priorities. 

What you will do:
  • Define strategic directions on media investment for mid to long term
  • Collect, analyze consumer, market, competitor insight, share findings with Global HQ and internal organization to have common understanding and to align on strategy
  • Secure the best media opportunity and optimize the cost coordinate with media agencies based on assessment
  • Develop proposal for global media partners for central negotiation
  • Offer strategy brief to the local media partners for opportunity assessment, selection and lead the negotiation
  • Lead the budget planning and investment allocation between divisions to maximize the impact aligned with brands' key marketing activation
  • Coordinate media related contract, booking confirmation with legal department
  • Media related PO management with finance and accounting team
  • Track and share the report for the investment outcome and ROI regularly – Share of voice report

Who we are looking for: 
  • 6 + years of related experience in media planning and buy
  • Regional exposure is advantageous 
  • Excellent communication skills and influencing skills 
  • Confident in presenting findings and suggestions to Senior Management 
  • Ability to have a helicopter view as well as being a self-starter 
  • Some ad hoc traveling required
