What are key highlights of this role?

 

As a Team Assistant you will report into the General Manager – Market Development & Ireland with a dotted line into the Training Manager for PPD.  Your role will be responsible for responding to ad-hoc queries from the Commercial team, general administration, interview scheduling, project support, data analysis and ensuring compliance is at the heart of all your activities.



What are the key duties of this role?

  • Extensive diary management and office admin support for the Market development team
  • Co-ordination of regional and international travel for the Commercial Excellence programmer
  • Build strong internal, external and international relationships in order to benefit the business
  • Preparation of documents and presentations for the Training Manager - PPD
  • Budget & PO management and regular reporting
  • Co-ordinate Commercial  interactions with the Commercial Community and LSA
  • Co-ordinate Commercial Excellence FIT programmer
  • Assisting the General Manager and Training Manager with ad-hoc projects
