What are key highlights of
Reporting into the National Sales Manager in this role
you will be accountable for generating new clients and new revenue streams for
the brand, adhering to sales targets and activity KPI’s set via telesales. You will follow up new leads from
conferences, incoming leads via the website and enquiries from new logo clients.
Provide regular activity reports and demonstrate a consistent increase on your
pipeline report as regularly as requested by your manager. Occasionally we may
require sales support and telemarketing support to maximise business opportunities
or assist the Sales Team.
Roles and Responsibilities
an office based telesales member of the team your primary responsibility will
be to grow our current client portfolio, driving new revenue and continued
growth month on month once signed and set up.
activity required in making daily outbound calls from a current list of
prospects, self-generating new business prospects, building relationship and
product knowledge by self-learning and asking questions to ensure consistent
and accurate education to Clients.
on all new business enquiries and seek opportunities for new revenue streams
from existing clients
methodically to document activity and sales progress
on the weekly sales callto measure
progress and forecast on New Business revenue for the month and quarter.
prospects to field sales team when needed
questions of team members and clients to understand all requirements and close
potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
and process orders in an accurate manner when required
and update database on Client and prospect information
the ‘extra mile’ to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Supporting the Team where required in order to
generate new revenue and support Client service you may be required to assist
in telemarketing for an up-and-coming event, new product launch or annual leave
cover via telephone.
