To increase brand sales by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging global brand positioning and category penetration.
Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programmes, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets, optimize ROI of actions
Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programmes with marketing and commercial departments
Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team
Fcst/Design/Develop Trade relative asserts, maximize the utilization and well manage stock status.
Closely work with trade marketing agencies with clear briefing and well management, drive for high quality deliveries.
Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
Skillful in using office software, especially PowerPoint & Excel
5+ years of working experience in Trade Marketing related
National wide trade experience would be preferred
Good sense of service and responsibilities

Strong ability to handle complex
Strong communication/negotiation skills

Demonstrated excellence in execution
