What are key highlights of this role?


L’Oréal is seeking a dynamic and innovative Trade Marketing Manager to work in our exciting and growing SkinCeuticals brand. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Sales & Marketing Manager and the rest of the SkinCeuticals team to drive the success of the brand trade marketing and retail experience.  You will be very closely linked with the commercial, medical, training, finance and supply chain teams. You will regularly have contact with consumers themselves and should be adept at working at all levels from senior management to retailers.

  • Developing the growth of key categories
  • Contribute to continued growth for the SkinCeuticals brand and the consumer relationship
  • Define and create the SkinCeuticals retail design & merchandising strategy in order to implement the brand image and identity in clinics, Medi-Spas and Premium Spas
  • Reinforce brand visibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyse consumer and market insights and competition strategies
  • Implement new launches and animations/promotions
  • Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
  • Adapt the communication material and ensure consistency throughout
  • Own the brand patrimony, guarantee the brand identity: ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand
  • Implement the retail strategy working hand-in-hand with the retail and education team and ensure the proper implementation of retail materials
  • Adapt brand spatial concept to local distribution constraints. Implement the merchandising solutions for POS materials, answering local marketing plan needs
  • Coordinate the conception, production, delivery and installation of any kind of local specific materials
  • Identify business opportunities of different doors and drive for actions to maximize selling opportunity
  • Co-undertake the conception, development and follow-up of flagship stores with merchandising department, international brand and zone

Preferred Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level
  • Highly organised with prioritisation skills
  • Retail experience required
  • Strong Communication skills – written and verbal
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong negotiator
  • Experience in a fast paced sales environment
