As the Trade Marketing Manager, your mission will be to implement and track out of the box Trade Marketing programmes for retailers with commercial and marketing teams, designed to increase sales and brand presence.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • To increase company sales by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging global brand positioning and category penetration
  • Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives
  • Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programmes, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets
  • Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programmes with marketing and commercial departments
  • Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team
  • Manage usage and forecast of promotion materials and monitor monthly promotion budget
  • Stay up-to-date with market, consumers& competitors in order to propose relevant and innovative solutions

Desired skill sets and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in trade marketing; beauty and consumer industries preferred
  • Strong sense on retail dynamics
  • Analytical and sensitive to numbers; good knowledge of excel
  • Excellent coordination and collaborative skills to work with different functional teams
  • Motivated and self-driven with the ability to lead a small team
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
