Key Job Accountabilities

To increase company sales by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging global brand positioning and category penetration.

  • Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives
  • Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programmes, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets
  • Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programmes with marketing and commercial departments
  • Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team
  • Manage usage and forecast of promotion materials and monitor monthly promotion budget

Travel Retail Specific

  • GWP strategy and Execution - In charge of GWP strategy to support the business need to each region, work with logistic and sales team on GWP ordering and delivery; keep close eyes on the market and analyses the competitor promotional strategy to be competitive while maintaining the brand positioning;
  • Animation and Event management – responsible on the tri-axis animation execution including defining the product focus and animation theme, work with merchandising team on the touch point merchandizing strategy, in charge of the PR event management if any.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Relevant >5-year experience in Beauty Industry and trade marketing is preferable.
  • PR eventing management experience is preferable.
  • Strong sense on retail dynamics and excellent analytical skills on numbers.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work with different functional teams. 
  • Good at multi-tasking to meet deadlines.
  • Self-driven person who always provide solutions.
  • Able to challenge status quo
