As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the establishment of long-term partnership with clients in the relevant area, managing the growth of sales of clients in accordance with the goals of the company of particular business unit.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Division's sales and distribution strategy with the clients within the particular territory

  • Develop a strong regional network and capacity of influence among key customers

  • Achieve the sales department's quantitative and qualitative goals for his/her region

  • Create and manage business plan for clients: commercial negotiations, marketing events, merchandising standards etc

  • Manage and develop the team of territory managers: by maintaining a culture of excellence up to the point of sale

     

    Your Background:

  • Higher Education

  • Experience in sales from 5 years

  • Experience in negotiations and commercial cycle

  • Result-orientation and good analytical skills

  • Experience in team management
