As a Sales Administration Manager you will ensure the sales cycles in coordination with commerce, marketing and other functions, manage sales force and coordinate business development processes.


Key responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for business development management processes, including team management 
  • Manage the field force staff, providing plans, budget and salary calculations
  • Ensure R2M project implementations in cooperation with ASM and TMs
  • Preparation and participation in main divisional meetings (Commercial Plans, Cycle meetings, MarketCo) in order to the improve divisional business development practices
  • Constant support of Soft Serve for sales force


Your Background:

  • University master degree 
  • Experience on similar position at least 3-5 years
  • Strong analytical skills // Excel advanced user
  • Networking skills
  • Management skills // multitasking approach
  • English upper-intermediate
