You Will:

Support the realisation of our savings target by:


Undertaking key data analysis, including spend reports and supplier risk assessments, on behalf of a team of buyers.
Working with business stakeholders to ensure multiple quote compliance and ensure evidence of multiple quotes is stored on the L’Oreal global sourcing platform.
Supporting the buyers to put in place e-retail platform catalogues (e.g. our version of an Amazon for business) across all categories using global templates provided.
Maintaining and updating L’Oreal’s Preferred Supplier List.
Ensuring all rebates owed to L’Oreal are paid by suppliers in line with their contractual responsibilities, tracking our monthly position and coding all rebates receipted to the correct L’Oreal brands.
Ensuring all internal reporting is accurate and up to date including, but not limited to, savings reporting, supplier categorisation, contractual position, RFx documentation, financial checks and GDPR compliance and that all necessary information is correctly uploaded to the L’Oreal global sourcing platform.

Ensure the reputation of L’Oreal is protected by:

organising social and ethical audits of suppliers in high risk industries.
supporting L’Oreal’s Sharing Beauty With All global programme by reaching out to suppliers to identify and capture shared initiatives, as well as ensuring full compliance with global reporting requirements.
supporting our Sustainability agenda by working with suppliers to drive compliance to FSC / eco-design standards and collating and uploading all required documentation and complete associated reporting needs.Organised: You love a list and have strong planning and organisation skills – with the ability to re-prioritise as required.

You are...

  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Have the GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
  • Have achieved an ABB at A Level, or 34 points (16 at higher level) in the International Baccalaureate
