This individual is responsible for Digital Marketing efforts and e-commerce to ensure the sales and profitable growth of the Kiehl’s USA
e-Commerce website. This individual will be critical in building, managing and leading the e-commerce efforts that include digital media, roadmaps, vendors, customer service, P & L budget / ROI planning and online performance metrics. The ideal person is creative, collaborative, consultative, and strategic with a strong ability to work well across a large matrixed organization cross departmentally and with key executives. This position is also responsible for managing the Director of Retailers who manages the relationships with the Retailer.com partners. Also works closely with CRM, social analytics, and database insights to institute necessary strategies and merchandising/offers to drive sales. Works on both short and long term strategies, to drive brand sales and awareness, RTB’s for the owned site to compete in the marketplace and gain customers. Responsible for forecasting, site calendar management and partnering with brand marketing, PR etc., to create powerful online programming. Able to drive A/B or MVT testing, a mobile first mindset, and all site optimizations inclusive of SEO, SEM.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Ideally, this candidate will have 10 + years business experience, including at least five years’ experience in direct marketing and at least five years of online business experience and ecommerce preferred.
Proven ability to drive innovation and strategy in a matrixed environment. Excellent people and project management skills. Strong knowledge of ecommerce space and trends with an entrepreneurial spirit to innovate.
