To conceive and implement the retail design and visual design brand strategy according
to the brand codes and the global or local priorities. These positions exist in the brand
(conception) or in the country (implementation).
• Develop and coordinate key design projects and new tools for different types of distribution
• Develop and follow guide books for different types of distribution and marketing events
• Monitor the performance of projects taking into account budget and time constraints
• Design background with experience in either HARD or Visual Merchandising.
• Interest in customers expectations and business sensitivity
• Curiosity, open-minded, looking for trends, new technologies…
• Organizational skills
• Knowledge of technical design & multimedia software
• Knowledge of market and retail environment
• Korean language skill is a plus.
