Section 2: Job Summary
The eCommerce Merchandising Manager role will lead the digital Merchandising competency for the Luxe Division – currently supporting 9 Direct to Consumer ecommerce sites. S/he will leverage sales and web metrics to make strategic recommendations to the brand teams with a targeted focus on maximizing platform adoption to drive improvement in conversion rate across the Luxe portfolio. In addition to service as the subject matter expert of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware merchandising capabilities
s/he will oversee an agency team of Site Merchandisers who will focus on activation of product, content and promotion on the sites.
Section 3: Job Requirements
BS/BA degree required.
3-5 years experience hands on site merchandising experience – specifically on site search, sorting rules, promotions and A/B testing
Strong attention to detail
Experience working with Luxury brands
Mastery of Demandware / Commerce Cloud Business Manager
Experience with web analytics (Google Analytics preferred)
Experience in the beauty or luxury industry preferred
Collaborative problem solving skills
Highly organized with proven multi-tasking ability
Strong analytical mind with process orientation
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Experience with JIRA
Section 4: Judgment and Decision Making
This role will require strong time and team management skills to maintain the quality of both our internal and external deliverables. Manager will maintain constant collaboration with brand marketing teams to support their product animations and launches. Sound decision making and interpersonal skills are a necessity. This role will require intermittent supervision.
