A DAY IN THE LIFE
Acts as a key driver for driving online sales and strengthening the digital presence of L'Oréal brands. Leads innovation in the online channel, creating exceptional customer experiences and maximizing sales performance through strategic, data-driven management:
• Maximize online sales performance: This is the primary objective. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, conversion, and other relevant KPIs across e-commerce channels. This entails a deep understanding of online consumer behavior, market trends, and industry best practices.
• Optimize the online customer experience: Focuses on creating a seamless, engaging, and personalized online shopping experience for consumers. This includes optimizing website navigation, improving the purchasing process, and personalizing customer interactions.
• Manage strategic relationships: In the corporate arena, this role often involves managing relationships with key partners, customers, and suppliers. They work closely with these partners to develop joint strategies, ensure the proper implementation of marketing strategies, and maximize sales through these channels.
• Data Analysis and Decision-Making: Data analysis is critical to success in e-commerce. The Success Specialist uses data to understand sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic decisions based on concrete information.
• Driving Innovation in e-Commerce: E-commerce is constantly evolving. The Success Specialist must stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and platforms to seek out new opportunities for growth and innovation in the digital realm. This may include exploring new online sales platforms, implementing new technologies, or experimenting with new e-commerce strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Success in e-commerce requires close collaboration across different departments. The e-Commerce Success Specialist works with marketing, sales, supply chain, technology, and other teams to ensure the alignment and effective execution of e-commerce strategies.
