Your mission… 

We are seeking finance professionals who will serve as a key business driver for our commercial or marketing teams. You will actively participate in the continuous optimization of financial processes, aiming for simplification and tangible results. This position is ideal for you if you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, possessing mastery of both financial and business-oriented aspects, and aspiring to add significant value to the organization as a true business partner. Proactive collaboration with the local cross-functional team and the Nordic Finance Hub will be a critical enabler of success in this role. 

You will... 

• Act as a strategic business partner for local management, supporting both daily operations and long-term strategic projections.
• Contribute to the business unit's turnover or marketing expense planning by providing expert advice on optimal financial strategies.
• Co-pilot and constructively challenge trend analyses and budget formulations.
• Optimize and rigorously monitor expense return on investment (ROI) to enhance overall profitability.
• Provide accurate and reliable financial reporting initiating proactive actions based on insights.
• Own and manage monthly closing and budget control activities within your designated businessarea.
• Ensure the effective implementation of internal controls within your scope and guarantee compliance with established procedures and processes by your teams.
• Be an integral part of engaging the Nordic Finance community by contributing ideas and sharing best practices.

You are... 

• Holding a degree in finance, business, or auditing.
• Possessing 3-7 years of experience in similar controlling and/or finance positions.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
• A dedicated team player.
• Confident in challenging assumptions and receptive to being challenged yourself.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in one of the Nordic languages being a distinct advantage.
