A Day in the Life

As a Business Relationship Manager (BRM), you will be the strategic partner bridging business ambitions with cutting-edge technology in the region. Reporting to the CIO, your mission is to lead the commercial and digital transformation, orchestrating an O+O (Online + Offline) ecosystem that drives sustainable growth through technology, smart automation, and data intelligence.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Drive Strategic Growth: You will partner with business leaders to co-create and execute a tech roadmap that accelerates our market share, whether through B2B platforms, E-commerce, or Retail Tech.
• Lead with Data Intelligence: You will guide our evolution into a truly data-driven organization, ensuring teams have the right architecture and advanced analytics to make high-impact decisions.
• Design for Agility: You will identify opportunities to automate complex processes across sales, marketing, and operations, enabling our teams to focus on high-value activities.
• Maximize Value Creation: You will manage the IT portfolio and budget for your domain, ensuring every tech investment delivers a clear, measurable return.
